Homemade pizza with different cheeses and lots of anchioves and olives

Anywhere with hot sun and nice chilled wine

TV: Love CSI New York and CSI Miami - my partner Mike hates it though so I have to Sky Plus it and watch it when he's not in!

Most Embarrassing Moment on Air:
Taking off my clothes in a 'birthday suit quiz'. I ended up in my underwear. Photos were taken and they appeared in the Daily Star and Daily Sport. Don't even attempt to Google them - they were pre-internet!

How Saturday mornings should be - relaxed with good music, a bit of a natter and a cup of tea (or two).

Best Thing About This Job:
I don't have to sort out the kids on a Saturday morning!

Worst Thing:
Getting onto the M6 northbound at J34 - how short is that sliproad?!

If It Wasn't  for The Bay:
I'd still be asleep at 10am on a Saturday morning!

Fascinating Fact About Me:
1) My dad was a presenter for the BBC and I made my broadcasting debut on his show when I was 7

2) I once shared a dressing room with Ulrika Jonsson and she was lovely

Pet Hate:
Really slow drivers (like my Mum) especially when you are a passenger. It's soooo frustrating.
